Terminal input is one line above where it needs to be

This happens to me at every startup. I wonder if this also happens to others/if there is already an issue for this, as I did a simple search and didn't find any.

Note: this does not happen to my VS Code so I'm assuming this is a Positron issue

Hmmmm, I don't think we've seen a report on this before. What kind of terminal do you use, there on your Windows machine?

Yes, Windows with PowerShell.

I can reproduce this on my windows machine. It happens after a restart and it activates the terminal. I don't see it when I start a new terminal session. It also corrects itself after hitting enter or running a command in the terminal
