Inconsistency between report and issues

I got the plugin setup inside the SonarQube CE instance it works fine, but the dependencies list, lists the following:
The MIT License | Unknown
It detects the license but Unknown, while if you go to issues its detected as a not allowed license
Dependency XXXXX uses a not allowed license The MIT License
The issue detects the dependency inside a submodule of a Maven Project.
