[Bug for Laravel Intelephense]: Validation Rules not showing #81

Bug description
Since we have different packages like Livewire and Laravel Json API which uses validation rules,
There should be a way to tell the extension where to show the validation rules and where not,
In Livewire 3, when we use a form object class and add the rules method we don't get validation rule auto-completion,
so times we create rules property and need validation rules as well.
