I'm completely deaf in one ear, so stereo audio is not only useless for me, but actually annoying. If any movie/video/song makes use of stereo, I miss things. There are lots of people like me.
But I have yet to find a good option for solving the stereo audio issue. I've tried getting add-ons/plugins for specific browsers or tools or whatever, but nothing is a single, catch all solution. Apple has had the feature on iOS for a while, and Android added it at some point.
I've tried looking into ways of setting it up on my computer, but nothing has ever worked permanently (it also very easily could be my fault, but I'm not savvy enough to know exactly what I'm doing, and audio devices are already annoying enough).
I'm not sure how easy it would be, but it'd be soooo nice to have a little button that forced all audio channels to be combined. Either in audio settings or accessibility settings (or both for good measure).
