poolp.org comments moved from issues to discussions

When I first linked my blog to github for comments, there wasn't a "Discussions" feature (or I missed it) so I used the issues and created one issue for each post.

Discussions seem like a much better idea both for interacting but also to keep real issues, like people reporting typos or html/css issues, separated from comments.
