June 12th, 2023: Refactorings and Relationships

The refactoring I've mentioned in the last update is done! The codebase is now about 200 lines slimmer and a little easier to maintain and expand :) I've also worked a little on the request limiter and made it a little easier to work with. The next thing I will be implementing is relationships! This includes all the routes associated with friendships and blocking.
