Question: Clarification on setUserDeviceLocation Method and Automatic Detection in Polar360 #673

Description

Platform: Android
Device: Polar 360
SDK Version: 6.4.0
Firmware: 2.0.8
Android Version: 15

Dear Polar Team,

I would like to understand the purpose of the setUserDeviceLocation method in greater detail. Specifically:

Functionality:

What role does this method serve in the device configuration?

Mandatory Invocation:

Is calling this method required, or does Polar360 support automatic detection of the device's worn location (LEFT/RIGHT)?

User Experience Concern:

Currently, users are required to manually update the wristband orientation each time they switch hands, which creates unnecessary friction. If automatic detection is not supported, could this be considered for a future enhancement to improve usability?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,
Mehdi from Virgobit
