A lot has happened in this area since the course was designed, e.g. libraries like

I'm afraid the material is becoming too outdated to be relevant. If there's currently no opportunity to refresh the course, I suggest archiving it.

• This training was derived in 202X. Is not up to date anymore but can be a good starting point. Once tackling the challenge of time series analysis with machine learning you may want to have a look for sktime and pyts....
