Alert When Creating User Role

WordPress Version: 4.8
Pods Version: 2.7.0-b-2
Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.1
Server Software: Apache 2.4.27 / OpenSSL 1.0.2g
PHP Version: 7.1.7
MySQL Version: 5.7.19

During the 2nd step of the user role creation, upon clicking Next Step in order to create the role, an alert appears which says "Error: Unable to process request, please try again."

The role is created and appears to work as expected.

Still an issue :/ but it tend to use the awesome MEMBERS Pluign from Justin Tadlock!
