Thanks for @poddmo 's idea!

I need supports for both IPv4 and IPv6 blacklists (single addresses and CIDR ranges). And I prefer starting a blank set while providing a tool for easily adding IPs from known databases.

So I forked it and started a new project:

Since there are too many differences it's hard to merge back..

And it worked fine for a day haha (I am just starting this project...)
