MIST stuck in Nifty wallet

Hi! Using Chrome, Windows 10, to SEND an erc20 coin - Alchemist coin - from Nifty to my Metamask wallet.
Have no probs sending ETH.

But when trying w Mist I alway get: "Transaction Error. Exception thrown in contract code."
With a sky high gas estimation, and Not enough balance to send etc. (I have 100 usd worh of ETH, the transaction should cost 5 usd if all was normal)

Am new to Nifty. Can any one say what i´m doing wrong?
