Feature request: Provide an option to show notification when something is skipped #76
Description
Feature request: provide an option to show notification when something is skipped. it's not always immediately obvious when a segment is skipped so can be disorientating without knowing the context (e.g. clears up whether it is indeed a segment skipped by sponsorblock, part of video effects, etc.).
Also, document all options e.g. including those mentioned here.
