Modern pages/not showing

Hi, I have gone through the setup and install and while it works in the debug mode, it doesnt show at all in my own tenancy?. I uploaded the appk to my app store in SharePoint, deployed globally and nothing? I had to also create the list manually as the scripted runs but never creates the list in my site collection.

Note: I am using my root site collection which is a modern site/communication site with modern pages, and im a global admin.

is there something im missing here?
