Duplicates in Site Template Navigation

Greetings,

When I use
Get-PnpSiteTemplate -Out $Tempfile -Force

then make a new teamsite and invoke the template with
Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate -Path $TempFile

I get duplicate entries on the Navigation menu.
