How to add a D365 tab into a Teams channel

Hello.
Trying to deploy Teams that use D365 app inside a tab in order to display an opportunity.
I tried the following methods :

• PNP.Provisionning (Bad characters in ContentUrl property)
• PNP Powershell (Teams App not installed)
  But nothing works.
  Does someone will have an example that works ?
