Set-PnPListItem and I get No -Identity has been provide

Hi, could you kindly help me out where I am missing? When I am using Set-PnPListItem I get Error: No -Identity has been provided specifying the item to update by MOUZZAMPK\Data Server

Basically, I am trying to use Current Windows User for Modified by instead of SharePoint App when I copy the file from the local drive to SharePoint.
