Grant-PnPAzureADAppSitePermission for SUBSITE only

Hi all,

In testing out Grant-PnPAzureADAppSitePermission with targeting subsite, it doesn't look like it respects the subsite URL and applies the permissions to the root of the site collection. After reading the documentation, it sounds like this is intended behavior?

Wondering if there is a way to grant an APP only PnP connection to only the subsite?
