New App Registration doesn't recognise permissions of account with delegated permission

With the changes to PNP and the removal of the Enterprise APP I have created a new App Registration and configured it to have delegated access with sites.fullcontrol.

However when I connect using this App Registration and use the interactive switch I don't get full access to the site even though I'm using a Site Owner account.

What am I doing wrong?
