Get-PnPUserProfileProperty Response Issues

Looking for some insight on why this command is behaving differently in a different tenant.

In a sandbox tenant, works as intended, returns the userprofileproperty object of said sharepoint user.

In our corporate tenant, we get the following response no matter which user account is passed through:
System.Collections.Generic.SortedDictionary2[System.String,System.Object]

I know our corporate tenant has been modified by prior admins, just not sure if any settings would cause this command response.
