Latest version that is still compatible with PS 5.1?

I'm working on some automation capabilities with ServiceNow's IntegrationHub to automate some functionality through its workflows. To put it simply, ServiceNow is our ticketing system for IT but it offers alot more so we're trying to expand its capabilities. One thing is their PS process only supports up to 5.1 at the moment. My script works as expected when I run with PS7.
