Get Group Permissions In All Scopes

Can anyone suggest a way to view all a group/user permissions in a site where different scopes apply? e.g. the principal has different permissions on various lists/items and site pages. I would basically like to replicate the functionality of the _layouts/15/ViewGroupPermissions.aspx?ID= page but using PowerShell. At present it seems that the Get-PnPGroupPermissions cmdlet just gives the permissions at web level.
