[BUG] Issues with Importing Module 2.2.0

When importing the module before Thanksgiving everything worked fine
Now every server that has the 2.2.0 version I get the following error.

Import-Module : Could not load file or assembly 'System.Management.Automation, Version=7.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
...

The method I am using is below:

[System.Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = "Tls12"
Import-Module -Name Pnp.powershell -RequiredVersion 2.2.0

Incidentally the same thing happens when I try 2.1.1
However, not only does 1.9.0 work properly, if I load it first and then remove it and load 2.2.0, I am working fine.

and now I can use 2.2.0.
I found I had to go back to version 1.9 and make the connection then disconnect and remove the 1.9 module to make the 2.2 module work
