Using PnP Powershell module, do we need firewall inbound policy?

Hello,
We will use the PnP power shell module on the on-premise server.
The Onpremise server is opened all outbound policy
But, as for the customer's request, we need to set firewall inbound policy.
For Using PnP Powershell module, do we need firewall inbound policy? and is there a specific fqdn(ip) or ports?
