Add-PnPListItem is not working with ClientID,Cerificate based Authentication with PnP

Hi Team,

Trying to add an item to a list using Add-PnPListItem. It is working fine if I go with normal basic authentication approach with username and password but when I change the method with OAuth( ClientID and certificate based) its throwing below error. My App has full control to the SharePoint Site even though its failing. App has sites.fullcontrol access already

Error:

Add-PnPListItem : Method not found: 'Void Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ListItem.SetComplianceTag(System.String, Boolean, Boolean, Boolean, Boolean)'

PnP Version is 1.12.0

Can anybody assist here.
