using get-pnpsearchconfiguration to check the Full Text index setting?

As I am having issue getting the Full Text Index setting to stick in the GUI, I tried to use get-pnpsearchconfiguration in order to verify the Full Text Index setting ( subscription level). However, as far as I can tell this property is not exposed in the output, or perhaps I am just looking in the wrong place?

I am trying the set the mapping of the RefinableStringXX to use the PeopleIdx as the crawled Property is from the UPA

I can select the PropleIdx and save but when I reopen the dialog the Full text index is back at Default :-(
