There is a difference between a site collection created using a site template and a site collection created in SharePoint Management Center.

I am experiencing the following problem. If anyone has any information, I would appreciate a reply.

・I created a site collection using a site template with the following command
　・Created a site collection using New-PnPTenantSite
　・Applied the site template using Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate
・The above site collection settings were compared to the site collection created in the SharePoint Admin Center, and the following differences were found
　　・The icons displayed in the "Site Contents" screen are different.
　　・The links that appear in the "Site Settings" screen are different.
・The following points are identical for both "Site Template Created" and "Site Collection Created in SharePoint Admin Center":
　・The site template used as the base (= team site without Microsoft 365 group)
　・Features are enabled in the "Site Collection Features" section
　・Features enabled in the "Site Features" section

I would like to be informed as to the reason for the above difference.

I cannot determine if this is the same phenomenon, but the following differences appear between the export source and destination sites.

The default language on both sites is "Japanese".
However, the titles of the web parts are in English at the destination site.
