Connect-PnPOnline returns 'center' is an unexpected token....

We have a script here for work that has worked for months with zero problems, however, sometime midday yesterday we started getting the following error when just trying to execute the code below. Has anyone else started to see this? My knowledge isn't that in depth on all of this, but it since it stopped working out of the blue midday, it is screaming something changed behind the scenes somewhere (Either host/admin side or with the backend code itself (though less likely, unless the server itself did some sort of update))
