How to change the "request access" message

I know how to change the email to which the request access go to with

Set-PnPRequestAccessEmails -Connection $projConn -Emails $requestEmail 

I also want to change the message like the UI prompt in Site sharing settings
Add a custom message to the request access page:

Is there a cmdlet to do this too?
