Getting 404 on Get-PnPSite, Get-PnPFolder etc.

After connecting to a SPO Site by Azure App ID and certficate I'm getting a 404 on each cmdlet I'm executing, Get-PnPSite, Get-PnPFolder etc. I'm using latest PnP PowerShell 1.11.0 and PowerShell 5.1 on Windows 11. I have a second client with same configuration where it works properly. I have already tried to uninstall and install PnP PowerShell again, restarted the client, tried latest PowerShell 7 etc. Other SPO Sites work well, only one returns the 404. Visual Studio Professional 2022 is installed with .NET Desktop Workload.

Any idea?
