Invoke-PnPTenantTemplate nothing was happen

Hi All,
I can use Get-PnPSiteTemplate command to export the xml successful. but when I use Invoke-PnPTenantTemplate noting was happen. in the UI only show initializing engine after that it was finished and there is no error.

does anybody know what's the reason.

BTW: the laptop I run the command have to using VPN to connect SharePoint online. is that the issue?
when I import the template to another tenant in different PC it works, so I think the template xml works

Finally I got the reason, I should use Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate command not Invoke-PnPTenantTemplate
