Help using Clear-PnpRecycleBinItem

We are trying to run some operations to automatically delete files from specific users from the recycling bin. We run the following code
Get-PnPRecycleBinItem -FirstStage -RowLimit 5000 | Where DeletedByEmail -like "UserToClearup" | Clear-PnpRecycleBinItem -Force
but get the error
The attempted operation is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold.
There are <1000 items in the recycling bin. The Get-PnPRecycleBinItem works correctly and the items filter correctly, but the clear operation fails.

I've seen a similar discussion from a while back from about a year ago which was autogenerated from a bug with no response. Hoping someone has any tips where we might be going wrong? We are using 1.10

Figured this out, I wasn;t accounting for the aprox 150k items in the second stage 🤦‍♂️
