Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate runs for very long time

I am applying custom SharePoint modern site template using PnP Invoke-PnpSitetemplate. this process takes very long time to complete. this template has 40 site pages, 4 custom webparts, 6-7 lists.

Describe the solution you'd like
is there any way we can break the provisioning and apply this template feature one by one so that it will not break in long running?

if not then how to minimize failure in long running.
