zooming on double click with RTF

I was creating a project by using RTF and wanted to implement a feature being the ability to max zoom whenever a user double clicks on area of image. So that it is easier for you to understand here is the gif

As you can see, there is blue box and whenever you click it there happens max zoom. But the question is Is it possible to ensure that whatever picture zone the user clicks, it should be possible to max zoom with smooth animation? Thank you
