Issues when running npm run build -- model does not get exported

I'm running into a strange issue where when I run npm run build on my create-react-app project, it builds everything except for the GLTF model.

Side note -- is there a simple way to reduce the filesize that is optimized for R3F? The model is currently sitting at 4.4mb.
