Starting point project files?

Do we have a starting point project? I am happy to make one if we do not.

Ideally, I just want to clone a repo which is 99% ready to use for quick prototyping.

EDIT: there may be a codesanbox template - if not, it would maybe be useful making one

that codesandbox can also be downloaded and it's readily usable (based on cra)
