bug: Spotify integration only works for accounts with Top Artists

Let's identify an integration that works more consistently.  The URL is currently selecting SHORT_TERM top artists, but tweaking for LONG_TERM also did not resolve. I believe it's due to accounts needing to go through Spotify wrapped.
