Windows install requests

Hopped over from the docker to the windows install.
Works superb.

Only requests I have and would like to see changed:

1. Run the cmd window in the background or at least way to minimize to tray
2. When installing in default folder + adding a shortcut to the desktop the huntarr startup log file resides at the desktop too -> can it be put in the program folder?
3. auto-update option?
