Arduino nano R4

When will platform-renesas-ra be updated as I can use the device in my project? In the arduino environnement the device is listed, also with an example.

I also noticed that the Nano R4 was not working with the code for the Uno R4 Minima (error 74, no DFU device found). The reasons for that were mainly that the device IDs did not match and that Nano R4 has some different pin definitions, e.g. regarding the multi color LED. So I put together a simple recipe on how to modify platform-renesas-ra in order to make it work. This requires Renesas RA platform in Platformio to be installed. Also, it may be necessary to install the respective drivers from [USERDIR]\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\renesas_uno\1.5.0\drivers (downloaded by the Arduino IDE, or use Zadig to force install drivers for the recognized devices (USB Serial (CDC) for the CDC Port serial device and libusbK for the DFU-RT Port device).

Create NANOR4 folder

copy [USERDIR]\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\renesas_uno\1.5.0\variants\NANOR4 (from Arduino IDE)

The only required differences from MINIMA to NANOR4 Folder are in two files. Modify them as follows.

Modify platformio.ini of project

Please reopen the issue, I would only close this once official support, and that includes a proper ArduinoCore-Renesas update and the added board definition, are done here, not in an oustanding PR. The devs won't notice.
