Add feature for making alpinejs available

As a module author and site maintainer, I want to be able to leverage AlpineJS to make more interactive and dynamic content for sites.

Suggested Implementation

Similar to the implementation for Katex and Mermaid, we could include the javascript distribution as a remote asset.
