NodeJS version bump

Hello,

I'm one of the maintainers at Proxmox VE Helper Scripts.
Reading your docs and Dockerfiles, I see you're using NodeJS v18 which is EOL. Is there a plan on bumping the version up to at least v20 or v22 (ideally)?

We wanna support Planka as a LXC containter but we don't wan't to expose our users to EOL versions of Node.
