Store more rune #583
Description
The RuneEnhancement action in RuneEnhancement retrieves tickers from the sheet for enhancement.
Currently, Mimir only stores predefined runes as constants, but it should transition to storing tickers retrieved from the sheet. While there’s a separate collection for balance, it would be better to merge it with the rune collection.
