[WEB]: Map Export (Print)

Allow users to export maps directly from the client. This feature should be seen as a lightweight printing tool, offering basic customization options such as:

- Selecting a layout
- Choosing the coordinate reference system (CRS)
- Editing the map title
- Customizing the legend
- Applying a brand color
- Selecting export format (e.g jpeg/png/pdf)

All printing is handled client-side
