Feature request: Record stack trace for selected files/lines

It would be ever so useful if Devel::Cover could be configured to record (and show in reports) stack traces for selected lines/subs - it would help in finding where in a twisted mess of legacy code a sub is being insufficiently thoroughly tested.

Obviously this needs to be off by default.
