Tt the new API app connection page

there is this horizontal element that's id'ed with developerPurpose-helperText, and it's overflowing causing the whole UI to look bad

steps to reproduce:

just head over to Connect App Page, you should see it inside the Developer Purpose section, marked with jzS un8 b23 JrK class
