'state' setting reads thousands separator as a decimal

Good day, thanks for your work here.

I have 'state' set to '< 300' but all dates over 999 are displayed (I use the integration for passport renewal reminders for the family, so long periods over 999 days are common in my setup).

The number format is coming through as eg. Troy's passport renewal 1,325 days appears in the list as '< 300' so I assume it is reading it in as 1.325 instead of 1325.
