Documentation issues with P1 Protect

Describe the bug
Profiling script mentioned on https://github.com/pingidentity/pf-authn-js-widget/blob/master/docs/protectAuthentication.md looks to be for FingerprintJS, not Signals SDK

The reference to use the Signals SDK from the IK distro means you're installing an older version. IK includes 5.2.1, but the current release is 5.2.6

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the file from the P1 Protect IK list
2. Notice it references Fingerprint2 functions

Expected behavior
The docs should have you using the Signals SDK version - pingone-risk-profiling-signals-sdk.js
We should probably revisit these instructions to make sure they're accurate and working.
