How to connect local test blockchain to local ping.pub server?

I have a running test Cosmos SDK based blockchain.
It has standard endpoints:
api: http://localhost:1317
rpc: http://localhost:26657

How to connect local running ping.pub server to this blockchain?
What should I write in corresponding .json file?

Just create a profile in chain/mainnet directory.

The problem was with "logo" element.
Even this .json file works OK:

"logo": ""
}
But without "logo": "" - nothing works.
