Hi @Nikita-Sharaev. Which old version are you referring to? You can generally run You may need to have numpy installed before running setup.py. |

Hello!
If I want to try old versions of CRISPResso, which I found here as assets, how can I install them(Ubuntu)? README in assets says to run setup.sh, but there is no such file.
