support html rendering for reading incoming mails

Afaik currently html emails are displayed as raw text.

Usualy cli mailing tools provide a way to setup an external rendering tool to display html.

Would be useful to have such a feature in himalaya vim too. Let's say opening a terminal buffer with the external tool in place of the vim buffer.
