Carousel

I think adding a carousel for divs in general will benefit many people. I chose to make it a carousel of divs because it's a lot more flexible - it doesn't have to be just for images or just for the picocss cards. It doesn't seem to be super complicated to implement. All you need is the dots at the bottom, and the animation between divs. Obviously all divs would have to be the same size and I'm not exactly sure how that would work.

I'd be very thankful for some other people hopping in and adding thoughts about implementation. Once there's a good idea of how it should look I may even just develop a solution and try to commit it.
